XChange Recovery’s transitional housing program is a high-accountability, highly structured program that focuses on a resident’s emotional, physical and spiritual health. Participants live in family-like environments with a support team of Case Managers, peer support, employment specialists, and staff that help each member utilize program and recovery community resources for learning a new way of living. Our daily schedule includes outpatient treatment, a day center with fitness and recreational activities, group & individual counseling, life-skills workshops, weekly 12 Step meetings, recovery church services, daily personal growth activities, pastoral guidance, and much more!
XChange offers housing and program support in separate homes for men and women. There is also limited space for children under 14 with recovering parents.

We have multiple homes in Clark County Washington: Grace Lodge for women and women with children (under 14), located on 6.5 peaceful acres in rural Battle Ground; three homes for men located in Orchards, East County, and Felida (our Orchards location also serves men with children under 14); and a Graduate home. We do not serve couples or two-parent families in the same house. All residents are in shared rooms unless they are housing staff.
Peers who have been in similar circumstances in the past visit the streets, reaching out to offer hope through role-modeling, resources, treatment and recovery.
Nurses and peers hit the streets to work directly with the many homeless camps in our area, providing health assessments, warm clothing and a welcoming hand to enter treatment and recovery.
